Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food quality is good and I had everything fresh in my burrito bowl. Place is clean and well kept. They have ample of parking

The staff member helping me first said "What do you want" in an incredbly rude tone, I then asked for a bowl and white rice she did the standard size scoops of rice and then took some off the top and put it back where it came from (keep in mind you can get extra rice free of charge so no reason for her to take it off), she then gave me two very small scoops of chicken when I asked for double chicken and half of one of hese scoops fell onto the counter (that was dirty with other food) before she put it back in my bowl. Overall, very small portions, dirty food, and rude service from the one female staff member helping me. This all occurred with no one behind me and two hours before closing so there was no need to rush.

The worst portion size I’ve ever received. Went on Sat Jan 31 at around 8:30-9. Got a steak bowl, worker gave me a single, flat scoop of dry, bottom of the pan steak. All I could do was scoff and sigh. I wasn’t going to give him any problems, I’m sure the employees get complaints all day long. Pretty sad state of affairs this company has created. A large majority of customers unhappy with their experiences and portion sizes. And on top of that the store was completely filthy and disgusting. Floors dirty, every table filthy with food debris or spills or they were sticky. Absolutely horrendous. Honestly this wasn’t even the worst. Newtown, PA was even dirtier on a weekday. Won’t be craving this food for a looooong time and will never return to this one. They should use proper concave portio

Manager Aylanie or Liliani had a bad attitude when we complained about our burrito not being on our bag. They made it in front of us God knows what happens to it. She got mad of their own mistake. Instead of apologizing she demanded to have receipt to see if we were lying then she said the burrito wasn’t in front of them so it wasn’t charge and she sent us to make the line again. I told her why and she said you have to. So we asked for our money back. Cashier requested receipt again with an attitude again as if we did a mistake. No apology from Manager or anyone. As a manager you are supposed to give an example for other co workers. Instead when we asked her name she didn’t answer what was her name and turned her back on us what a shame. This Chipotle location is by far one of the most disappointing I’ve ever visited. The young staff members running the place especially on weekends seem completely untrained, and it shows. The food quality was unacceptable. The steak was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting in the container for days. The beans looked so old and thick that they resembled oatmeal. It made me question whether anyone in management, including a store or regional manager, is actually checking on food safety and freshness. Food is supposed to be kept out for a limited time and at proper temperatures, and nothing about what I saw suggested that those standards were being followed. I walked out and went somewhere else immediately. This location seriously needs better oversight and proper food-handling practices.
