Chipotle Mexican Grill

This has to be one of my best Chipotle experiences of my life! They loaded up my burrito to the point where my first shell broke so they double wrapped it on the house for me and I appreciate all the gentleman that worked there. The customer service was amazing and they were funny. Next time I’m in Chicago I will be coming again.

Terrible!! Went there and was given full rice and a quarter of meat. It was ridiculous! Why are you not matching the meat to the rice ratio? It was terrible and inconsistent. I pointed out that my first bowl had more meat than my second one and was told I had to pay extra. Never again will I be going to this or any Chipotle. For a bill that almost hit $40 I expect better.

I was visiting from out of town, and this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I’ve encountered. Most of the tables and dining areas were left unclean. While I understand for some employees this may be their first job, the level of training appears inadequate. Portion sizes between our two bowls and one burrito were noticeably inconsistent. Even though there was no line, the employee rushed through our order, which made the experience feel careless. Overall, I regret choosing to stop at this location.

Chipotle is my go-to place when I’m looking for fresh, delicious, and balanced food. Their menu allows me to create the perfect combination every time, and it never disappoints. I usually order rice, beans, chicken, corn, tomatoes, and lettuce. It’s the ideal balance: tender chicken, fresh veggies, wholesome beans, and flavorful rice. Everything is prepared quickly and tastes amazing. What I love most is the quality of the ingredients. You can tell the food is fresh, and everything is made with care. The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This is a place where I not only enjoy great food but also leave feeling energized and satisfied. Highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good, wholesome meals.

Ordered thru the app for pickup, not only I received half portions but also not fresh tasting. There is not even an option on the app to get the refund.
