Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came in and the first thing I noticed is that a person was mopping the floor behind the glass of the ordering stand. He then saw me, then set the mop down, and did NOT change his gloves before beginning to touch my food which is absolutely disgusting! I then proceeded to ask for 3 side tortillas with my 2 bowls and they were all BURNT so much that the tortillas fell into pieces and were ripped! I could not eat them and no one else could! Waste of money! The only person that served me and who did everything well was the cashier. Chipotle is beginning to upset me as it is my favorite food location!

Used the app and the staff made everything smooth and easy for pickup. The food tasted fresh and was delicious as always.

Parking is always crazy here, especially during lunch, but I was able to find a spot. I suggest ordering ahead online. It will save you so much time and you can just park in the 15 min spot to pick up (there is always a 15min spot available). I can kind of see what people said about service getting worse. I was hoping to pick up from the food shelf where they used to leave the orders (maybe people started stealing and they had to change it). But this time, I had to tell the lady there what my name was on the order. I shouted (because it was loud in there) my food order name and normal name sooo many times before she finally heard me and found my bag. She was not friendly either. More reason to order online to not have to interact much with the employees. Chipotle’s Queso Blanco is the

An average Chipotle. I would recommend ordering in person, half the time I order pickup on the app the portions are super suspicious and not consistent. I have had some quality issues a handful of times, but most of the time you get what you expect from a Chipotle. The staff are pretty good and the interior is clean.

Bad customer service they didn't even say anything or how can I help you. I told them what I needed and it's like they weren't listening because they were all talking and laughing as a group. I really wouldn't recommend coming here at all. I don't understand what is the point of working in customer service if you can't handle it. The manager is supposed to be on the team about keeping busy and giving great customer service to all. It suppose to be a place to work not hang out and talk. Thank you
