Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got a burrito bowl and a burrito. The bowl was barbacoa and they literally just added 3 giant strips of fat. There was no meat at all. This wasn't an accident, someone though it was funny. Overall though, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They never have anything to choose from and half the stuff they do have looks like the plague. Its less "what do I want to eat" and more "what combination of items can I put together that will be edible and not get me sick". And you can order online to get some fake peace of mind, but don't worry, they're not gonna get anything right. What a waste. I'll drive over an hour the next time I want Chipotle ygbfkm with this place.

My burrito was not burrito shaped, it was just a mushed up ball of cold ingredients. It was literally inedible. I ordered two identical kids meals for my children, but they came with different ingredients inside didn't order, and their chocolate milk was missing entirely. I'm so disappointed because I almost never eat out, and I spent over $50 on this unacceptable “meal” for my family. I expect a higher standard from this chain and I honestly can't believe the complete lack of quality control.

Damn. I mean I know Pittsfield sucks I grew up here but why is this literally the worst Chipotle I've ever been to?! Portions are absolutely pathetic! Do the employees get to eat the food they don't give us as a reward or something? Wouldn't suggest going here.

The associate helping us tonight was so wonderful Just a few minutes but he engaged in conversation and was pleasant. So rare these days but it was so nice it made an impression in my wife and I.... Thank you.... We got the sides only but whoever you are.. The world will know you soon enough.... You're an amazing human

This is the worst chipotle experience I have ever had. The staff is confused and unprepared and the management is not present for quality control. The meat looked inedible and almost every tray was empty. The burrito was rolled so sloppily that it immediately ripped spilling juice everywhere. The staff watched this happen and wrapped it in two foils instead of redoing it. When we asked for it to be remade, the staff was rude and almost unwilling to do so. This cost $40. We will not be back
