Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food isn’t good, everyone that works there is invested in their own conversation. You can get their attention to help you, and super rude… Place is also dirty and the food is so overpriced (they barely give you portions). I didn’t even eat what I bought, it was disgusting. EDIT: got in touch with management and they gave us a voucher for new entrees, chips and guac to be used in the next 30 days. I appreciate the effort to make things right but it is somewhat annoying that this was necessary at all Ordered through the app. Normally we love chipotle but this location was not consistent with the franchise’s quality. Place was dirty when we went in to pick up the food. The bag was correctly labeled but when we got home the contents were meals ordered by and prepared for someone else. They did remember to put in the correct chips and guac, but the guac itself was brown and inedible. The AI chatbot on the app has not yet proved to be helpful in resolving this matter.

Normally we have a great meal however today, at 430 pm on a Saturday the experience was less than optimal. We were told they were out of all chicken products, then out of mild salsa, no lettuce, no red chimichurri, and no chips. Drinks were minimal options as well. No covers for the bowl or small drinks. And, no the meal was not duscounted, still cost over $35 for 2 bowl meals and small drinks. The staff was pleasant and apologetic however, this is not the experience we drove an hour to have dinner at Chipolte.

Sharing my experience in hopes someone has a better one. The manager grace was very unpleasant when asked to help with the lack of ice in the machine and all of the sodas being flat, VERY FLAT. When asking to swap out the sodas for a bottled beverage the response I received was “I can’t give away free drinks” when no one wanted them for free and I would of paid the up charge. When getting checked out they didn’t have any bills to give back in change. EVERY table was filthy. 10/10 don’t recommend.

We showed up early then weren't even open yet. But they let us sit inside to stay warm and the food was super fresh! They were super nice and the food was good!
