Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have ordered takeout on the app, my experiences have been hit or miss, mostly missed. The food they make when you are not watching them prepare it usually is mostly terrible.I gave up on them for quite awhile. I had a few good experiences . Tried again a recently has been hit or miss, mostly big misses! I recently returned a bowl that was horrible, missing items sloppy construction. Don’t get me wrong the concept is solid the execution not so much . The location near me is Portsmouth Va 1805 Fredrick Blvd. The manager who I will not name was friendly enough, he offered to remake my order , he got a little snippy when he thought I wanted to keep the original order. This is one of the slowest, sloppiest and most unkept shops I've visited. I waited nearly an hour for an online order. I spent that time thanking the stars the food I was waiting on was not for me. Had it been, I would have walked out for my own safety. One glove on, one glove off and touching everything, but never change gloves seems to be the store policy. Gross.

I have order through Uber Eats for two bowls and chips and only received a burrito. Careless workers who don’t read order before just putting them in the bag. Idk how you mistake two bowls for a damn burrito smh!

One star is too generous for this place. The staff are extremely rude, and the portions are intentionally very small for paying customers. However, they serve their own employees much larger portions right in front of customers, which is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. When you ask for a little more food, they immediately ask if you’re going to pay extra. If certain ingredients are unavailable, instead of explaining politely, they have an attitude like, “If you don’t like it, don’t eat it.” That kind of mindset has no place in customer service. Poor service, unfair treatment, and a terrible overall experience. I will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

They had ONE person on the line and one at the cash register. The person who was on the line making the food was clearly very new and should not have been alone making orders he was very slow and the portions he was putting in burritos and bowls was ridiculous. But even then i accepted it as i could tell he was new. When it got time to wrap my burrito he didn’t know how to wrap and asked the cashier for help. The cashier then came over with gloves on he was just handling money with and proceeded to wrap my burrito. I said something to him about that he stormed off and changed gloves like what i said was wrong. I then said i didn’t want the burrito I’ll take just the bowl. No apology or anything just annoyance!
