Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got two bowls and a burrito. The burrito had a live bug in it that my child bit into. Took the food back and explained what happened. Showed the on duty manager, and she laughed in my face (twice). An employee attempted to defend the managers actions saying "she's laughing because this doesn't happen". I informed him that laughing is not the way to respond to an upset customers complaint. Highly unprofessional and uninterested in what I had to say.

Don't order online. The quality of food from this establishment has gone from mediocre to downright nonexistent. It is baffling that they actually believe consumers will continue to spend their hard-earned money after receiving orders that are way below standards, and receiving the tiniest of proportions. How can you put yourself to place an aluminum lid on a bowl that contains approximately 2/3 cups of rice and 20 pieces of meat when the order was for 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken? Then I get a burrito that is half the size I receive from other Chipotle restaurants. Ended up having to go into the establishment because there was no way I was not going to. Everytime I have been here the portion size for the amount of food you get changes, and the chips are always stale. And to get charged $31.75 is a joke for the quality of food and the portion size. This will be the last time that I waste my time and money with going to this location.

This location is very consistent on missing items from my order. The most recent they forgot chips and queso and utensils. It's very difficult to eat a bowl without a utensil. If you are looking for consistency, take the extra drive to the Dunkirk location

Anxious to try some of those money saving hacks by using the app. Paid $25 for a burrito & a bowl without drinks when we ordered over the counter. It’s tasty but it’s gotten to be an expensive place to grab a family meal.
