Chipotle Mexican Grill

I share the same sentiment as others on here who don't understand the poor reviews. I honestly think they're written by people who Door Dash, Uber Eats, or whatever lame service it is that delivers food to them. Blame those services because this Chipotle was awesome! Portions were HUGE. I was worried I was going to have to ask the burrito builder to add extra servings to make a worthwhile value, but to be honest it was the opposite. I was afraid it was TOO much! He could barely wrap my veggie burrito it was so big. I haven't been to a Chipotle in two+ years, no joke, but after coming here once I will be adding it to my rolodex of restaurants to visit, especially when I am back in Redmond. I think most of the poor reviews on here are crazy! They’re either written by people who can never be pleased or those who get exactly what they order then complain. I am an extraordinarily particular individual. With that being said, I’ve been to many Chipotle restaurants, specifically both Bend locations. After frequenting the Bend locations, I gave up on Chipotle. Those two locations should be closed permanently based on staff behavior, cleanliness and lack of fresh ingredients. One day, I discovered the Redmond location. I was very skeptical at first however, I was so impressed on my first visit that I’ve been back at least twice a week for months now. Waited over an hour past my promised pickup time just to get the order completely messed up. The chips and queso was in a sauce container. The burritos were both made wrong. Employees did not seem to care or offer a way to reconcile any of the situations. Burritos when opened were completely soggy. Would never go back or recommend to anyone!

Dining room was clean upon entering. There is a patio dining area as well, it to was clean. 1 person in front of me, served quickly, and right to my order. Everything looked great. Barbacoa is my favorite. The chicken is good too. Make sure you grab some chips n guacamole too. The team working tonight, communicated well with one another, quick service, everything just the way I wanted it.

They put steak in my wife's veggie bowl!! Need I say more?... Okay, my bowl was supposed to be double steak and it looked like maybe a half serving. I paid $17 for 7 little pieces of steak in rice. I'm not sure how these kids can manage to be so terrible at their job but they somehow do. You would think its as simple as reading from a screen but what do I know. *Update* Gave them another shot and they failed horribly. Got the double steak bowl again.... Definetly not double portion and I've spit nearly half of it out so far because its mostly fat... Hopefully people stop eating here so they go out of business.
