Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible experience the girl scooping the food had an attitude and barely scooped anything anytime i asked for anything she would roll her eyes like i was bothering her. On top of that it was a mess, the table they serve food was disgusting, they need to clean up after themselves. Don’t go to this location go anywhere else. You’re better off going to Costco and buying the chipotle chicken bags and making it yourself for way cheaper. Joshua the cashier was nice though.

My experience at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing. The staff working at the time were unprofessional and appeared more focused on joking around than helping customers. One employee taking my order barely spoke to me, didn’t acknowledge basic questions, and came off as very rude. Before ordering, I asked if someone could help check the balance on a gift card that had never been used (I scratched it the same morning). Instead of helping, the employee made a joke implying there was no money on it, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Went into chipotle at 10:10pm to get a quick bite after the gym , at around 10:30 the workers started to close down.. online it says they close at 11 we only needed 10 more minutes to eat before leaving when a worker named Muhammed was obnoxiously (and obviously) dragging every single chair to the side and making as much noise as possible on purpose. Even going as far as dragging two chairs at once, workers in the kitchen were laughing and looking our way clearly wanting a reaction from us. I understand you want to close down and are ready to go home, but to purposely ruin our meals and by being very obnoxious to the point where the dragging was ear piercing is extremely unprofessional, feels like I was being told that we had to go. UPDATE: I still enjoy my steak bowl here. The steak is tender and moist, never dried out. I love Chipotle, especially since they never expanded to my city. This was the closest one when I was hungry. This Chipotle was consistent with the brand: spacious, open, clean, and slight industrial look. There were a lot of employees on the line, which is great as there were a lot of people ordering. I grabbed my favorite meal: Steak Taco in a bowl with a bag of Chips and Guacamole. The food met all my expectations for Chipotle. I enjoyed my meal and will be happy to come back when I have the chance.

The girl in the register was kind of rude. They had problems with the air-conditioned. The place was not clean. The chips were old . I told the the girl in the register that the chips were stale, to my surprised,her answer was that they were all like that! Ordered a chicken al pastor. That made my son and I stomach hurt. Will never go to that location again.
