Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have not eaten at Chipotle since I left TX. This was the worst experience ever with the food. You could tell it was last night's left overs. The lettuce was not fresh. It was 11:00 when I placed my order. I thought being that early it would be fresh. Well, I will never visit this one again. This taste nothing like I am accustomed to. I giving it a 2 star because the staff was very nice.

Top quality of chipotle I have ever had. I would easily tie this location with the Chipotle on Rodeo Dr in Los Angelas. Driving through and a big Chipotle fan, however often service doesn’t match my expectations or food is prepared incorrectly. I can definitely say this location had wonderful staff, clean building (and kitchen). Also the guacamole at this location has been my favorite so far.

Would never trust this location much less the drive thru ever again. That’s beyond nasty and they know they wrong for that old slimy pink lettuce on my bowl. SMH.

This was the absolutely nastiest chain I have ever seen in my life. As a matter of fact, I’ve never saw any other chain nasty. The restaurant wasn’t clean and there was food all over the counter. Nothing was clean. We walked in and the line had about 4 people ahead of us and only 1 person was working. We kindly left because it was just unsanitary and a risk to eat there. Whomever owns and/or manage this location should be ashamed! We left and went to Green Ghost Tacos, it was clean and we had great service!

From now on I'll just go to Madison. I ordered online and picked up at the window. The sauces in my bag were upside down and leaked through the bag tearing it. I almost dropped the whole bowl. Not only that but the bowl was not full. There was a whole corner missing. I was definitely charged full price and didn't receive a full portion. Please check your food before you leave instead of waiting until you get home like I did. It cost way too much not to receive what you pay for.
