Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were horribly disappointed with Chipotle in Roseburg. The tip off should have been the empty parking lot. My husband, dad and I went in and ordered 2 burritos and a bowl and 3 small drinks. It came to $48.60! That was bad enough, but when we started eating, it got worse. The chicken was like rubber. We lived in Colorado for over 25 years, and went to many Chipotle’s there. The food always good, the store clean, and employees nice. That was not the case in Roseburg. We won’t be going back.

I have gone here quite a few times since they have opened this location. Each time I hope that it has improved, but each time I go, I am sadly disappointed. I was so excited to have Chipotle open up in Roseburg. However every time I have gone, the store is an absolute mess, trash is overflowing, tables are not clean, they are out of EVERTHING (one time I went they were out of rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, steak...), the servers do not clean up their area (there is food split from serving all over their area where they build your food, cross contamination like crazy, if someone has a food allergy I wouldn't recommend), they also take FOREVER to serve (we got stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes one night). Edit: i just found a whole avocado skin in my guac🤮 They missed several ingredients. One burrito was patheticly small. When i called their ai chat bot wouldn't let me talk to a real person. Eventually they credited us a free entree and a drink but that dosnt make up for it. Corporate needs notified and someone needs fired but that wont happen bc chatbot.

The sofritas are made Goode. and well prepared.gifted the hands that prepare... The studiously staff behind the counters persevere through many walk ins. I'm pushing the acceptance of tips on card... coke in a glass bottle supreme as well... the names should be remembered from these great employees and referred times over in recognition...

Nice new building that is kept clean. Staff are quick yet respectful and welcoming. Food was amazing. No undercooked rice or chewy meat. I opted for the bowl and can't wait to get another.
