Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle was not good I order the carne asada and they put it a paper sack that by the time I got to work has soaked thru and fell out bottom of bag to the ground !! $18+ salad! When I asked for chips they said an extra $1.90!! At Moe’s and Willie’s chips come with it! When I said that the lady just gave me the chips! But because my salad dropped out bottom of cheap paper sack I had to go back next day a 40min trip from my home to get my salad remade for free. With price of gas it really wasn’t free!! Then after all this I get to work to eat it and the rice was raw!! Crunchy rice!! I ate it cause I had no choice $18!! But my stomach was hurting from raw rice!! I won’t be back to any chipotle anywhere!!!

The manager was pleasant enough to make me a steak quesadilla there. I was told I would have to order online. It comes with 3 sides. So I got lettuce grilled onions and sour cream. It wasn't good at all!!! The steak was dry. The cheese .. I dont even know if it had cheese. If so, didn't have a pull to it. I won't be returning to anymore Chipotle locations. Thumbs down

I just left this location and the experience was really disappointing. They were out of steak, out of the fajita veggies (onions and peppers), and the chicken that was left looked burnt and like it had been sitting there for a while. Most of the food looked like it was at the bottom of the pans with no fresh batches ready. It’s frustrating because customers shouldn’t have to wait until everything is gone before more food is cooked. This location really needs to do a better job keeping fresh food prepared and ready, especially during busy hours. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else because the options didn’t look fresh at all And this not the first time this have haven’t . CAVA most definitely gained a customer and chipotle lost a customer

They bearly give you any meat. Campcreek location is way better. Here it seems like they are trying to save all the meat, for what ?? Idk . Go to camp creek location, never had an issue there. Soooo many of the sides but a tiny bit of meat …. Insane …

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location was absolutely unacceptable, especially from the manager. On Friday, 12/12/25 at approximately 1:40 PM, I ordered two bowls with chicken and steak. The portions were extremely small, so I asked for double meat, which I always get. When I asked the manager for queso, he gave me a very small amount. I then asked for extra corn, and he immediately said “double?” implying an extra charge. The same response was given when I asked for shredded cheese. At that point, I was already uncomfortable, but I continued with the order. When I asked for sour cream and vinaigrette, I was told those would be extra as well. That was fine until I was rung up and the total came to $56. I questioned the total and asked what on my plate
