Chipotle Mexican Grill

I stay right next to the one on South Grand, but I dont like going there because of the portions they give plus sometimes the service is no good. I decided to drive to Brentwood only to get smaller portions but the service was good. What ever happened to Chipotle giving you your monies worth.

I am so disappointed in this Chipotle. Traveled 25 minutes out of my way just to patronize this particular Chipotle. Decided to take part in the buy one get one free entree. Very very small portions of protein. When I inquired about why the protein sizes were so small the server just gave me a nasty attitude. We literally had maybe six pieces of regular steak in our bowls. Our entrees were even nastier than the attitudes. We could not figure out why our meals were so dissatisfying. After a couple of bites we recognized that all our veggies were frozen. The peppers were not cooked, the corn, tomatoes and the lettuce were all frozen. if Chipotle is going to continue to put out poor quantity and quality like this, I will not be patronizing this particular Chipotle again. I absolutely love love love love Chipotle. I've never visited this Chipotle before. This was the dirtiest establishment. I should have known not to order when I looked over at the grill and saw how dirty it was. As the gentleman flipped the meat that was on it. I ordered a bowl with brown and white rice. My protein with steak. The steak was the toughest and driest piece of meat. Please read my review before going to Chipotle's on Han lay, i would not recommend.!!! The food is decent most of the time but not always. Service is hit and miss. No diversity in work staff. Some days the staff is acting like they are at a house party with screaming and yelling back and forth.

The staff here and the food were outstanding. The people who took and filled the orders were just so friendly and engaging and exciting. The food itself… Adobe bowl was so much tastier than it’s ever been at another chipotle, The quesadilla was well filled with cheese. The guacamole was excellent. Five stars. Our one complaint is that it needed a little more attention to cleanliness at the tables … I expect that they were in the midst of a lunch crowd and a bit overwhelmed.
