Chipotle Mexican Grill

This restraunts management is terrible I’ve come 2 nights in a row the first night out of rice for an hour second night they can’t take gift cards or mobile orders like excuse me and the portion size was horrendous i’m honestly glad i couldn’t pay for it because it was so small i genuinely could see the bottom of the bowl because there was no rice. Not to mention it took forever for the manager to actually get an employee to put slop on my plate.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! As a college student, I’m on a budget. Yesterday I got a kids taco for $7 with double protein and guacamole as my side. Somehow!!! The price today was $13 for the SAME THING!!!!!!!! I asked the lady about it and she said that’s the price. They didn’t even have any kids chips and refused to give us a large one even though they didn’t have what we paid for. Don’t come here!!!! Terrible service from cashier. Great service from the employee taking my order.

We ate at this Chipotle while visiting from out of town and I have to admit this is probably the best chipotle I've ever been to. I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about. The girls behind the counter were nice and polite and the store was clean and well stocked and the sweet girl making our bowls did a great job.

Good food at a reasonable price. I like the ability to customize your order. Service is quick and good, staff very pleasant. Not much seating, I prefer to take out rather than eat in.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at CHIPOLTE. The customer service was terrible and I got ripped off and overcharged and when I tried to correct it I was ignored. I was charged $13 for a kids meal. Also to mention they are out of kids chips, and when I asked for a bag of chips since I paid she refused and tried to charge me. Extremely rude customer service it’s unfortunate chipolte hired rude employees.
