Chipotle Mexican Grill

Recently my wife ordered the Build Your Own Chipotle meal from the Chipotle in Strongsville, Ohio. When we went to pick it up we stood there for a bit until a worker finally asked what we needed, we told her we were there to pick up our online order, she looked at us kind of weird, then walked away and when she finally did come back to us a few minutes later she told us that they gave it to someone else. How is that possible? Don't they check names and order numbers? She was not very apologetic and we had to stand around for 20 minutes while they made us another one. What's the purpose of placing an order for pickup if we need to stand and wait for it to be made? I sent a compaint in about it and when I got a response I was asked for our order number and receipt. If you want to get ripped off then this is the Chipotle for you. I've been a regular here for a while (because I'm such a fool to think that they'll eventually treat me fairly) and they never seem to give me anything even resembling a fair portion size. It's always the same girl making my food who skimps out on the portions, especially the meat, forcing me to constantly have to ask if I can get more beans, corn, etc., but extra meat costs extra, so if you don't like the 1/3 scoop of chicken she gives you then you're SOL. I always ask for a salad bowl and she never gives me the salad greens, so this time I specifically said a "salad bowl with the salad

Chipotle was the go-to spot you could trust for fresh food, good helpings and great customer service. What’s happening?? I stopped there on the way home from work and ordered two burritos. The servings are about half the sized that they used to be, though it really didn’t matter because the food didn’t taste good enough to eat. The rice was super crunchy and the meat was nothing but dried crumbles that tasted like it had been sitting out a long time. What a disappointment, especially for $27. Strongsville Chipotle, please do better! You used to be so good!

Chipotle has completely fallen off. I asked for double meat, was given what was clearly a single portion, and then was charged for double anyway. When I pointed it out, the staff refused to add more meat. Even the manager admitted there wasn’t enough meat, yet all they added was two tiny pieces that made absolutely no difference. At that point it felt insulting. Paying extra for “double” and getting less than standard is unacceptable. Portions are inconsistent, prices are up, and customer service is clearly no longer a priority. This used to be a reliable spot — now it’s just overpriced and disappointing. Won’t be coming back if this is the new normal.

lady at register thinks she too cool for her job and doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. my boyfriend asked for a large drink, she proceeded to give us chips and we kindly informed her we asked for a drink she proceeded to respond with “well i didn’t hear you”. she charged my boyfriend for the chips and then proceeded to try and charge him for a drink. we understand having a bad day but we were nothing but respectful and got treated with attitude and disrespect DO BETTER PLEASE!
