Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently ordered a burrito bowl with chips and guacamole, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The bowl was well-balanced with perfectly seasoned rice, tender chicken, and fresh toppings. I love how customizable the meals are — you can really build it exactly how you like it. The guacamole was definitely the highlight. It tasted fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and the chips were the perfect crisp.

They don’t fully cook brown rice. Almost broke my teeth multiples times and I’m only 20 bites into my bowl. Everything else was great, but please fully cook the brown rice mix next time

I love the new chipotle what I dont like is that the inside is small and the rice was green and I dont like the green at the rice thats why its bad but still good

Me and my boyfriend was so excited to try this new chipotle. We came and the staff was very sweet. But for the first time our food should not be freezing cold. The chicken and steak wasn’t fresh whatsoever. Very disappointed as it was my boyfriend’s first time trying chipotle. Chips were also stale. Pls do better at keeping things fresh for customers.Dont wanna spend 50 dollars and eat cold food.

I have placed at least four orders through the app for drive through and pick up. None of them have been correct. It is frustrating that you can't call and speak with someone in person about the issue. I love Chipotle and this issue is not up to standard with the Chipotle I know from living in denver. Tonight I tipped on the app thinking I would be more likely to have a correct order but nope! I tried to give it sufficient chances, but I guess waiting in line is the only option. Please do better! Frustrated for sure.
