Chipotle Mexican Grill

Traveled 30+ minutes from Edgewater after work, ordered steak bowls and beef barbacoa. However, they have no cheese!? On a weekend? Then after I paid for my meals and began eating, the server that told me they're all out of cheese brings out more cheese. So you lied!? Add I had to clean my own table as only 2 of 12 tables were clean. Sounds like management is sliding more than Jerome on Martin. Come on Titusville Chipotle, do better!

Consistently great food. The bowls fit my low carb high veggie & protein eating plan. The guacamole and honey chicken are so nice. Great service from Amy today, made my bowl with great care, absolutely lovely food and staff!

The third horrible experience at Chipotle in Florida since moving from Northern Virginia. Went to this Chipotle at 9:40pm on Monday, the last day of the deal to use points. They close at 11pm. I have the gene that causes cilantro to taste like soap. Therefore, I always ask to get plain white rice. As I arrived, what was clearly the manager on duty was cutting foil. She said someone would be with me in a moment. When no one else appeared, she reluctantly helped me. I asked for plain white rice. She immediately said she didn't have any. As I looked into the kitchen, I saw the cook meandering to the rice pan. Digging white rice out of the pan into a mixing bowl. I asked her what about that rice, before he mixes all of it? There was enough for several bowls, but I got mine, so we were good

My girl went in ahead of me because we had the puppy and took almost 7-10 minutes so I just assumed she had her food when she came out. She didn't. It was her first experience (and probably last) she waited in line until the girl at the counter told her they were out of food. I went in after and had 5 or 6 customers tell me they were 100% out of Chicken AND Steak. I went in for the steak. It shouldn't matter every now and then to be "out of" something, but when 80% of your menu is Chix/Steak that's a serious Prep problem which leads me to believe poor management. Will not return to this location. Manager please get your prep in order - this is the second location where they were "out of" a main meat. - As a company/franchise I think they have great---- food when they actually have it. Pay

This is the only chipotle I go to. Chipotle generally is my favorite “fast food” chain. I love the food and I almost always get the same thing every time. I go to this chipotle so frequently that some of the staff remember me. This is my favorite chipotle because of the staff. Talayjah, Taé, Maddie, and Alessia are my favorite employees. They are super nice! Also, there is a manager thats pretty cool too. I dont know his name but hes a younger guy and hes almost always there. Hes always friendly. The food is good at this location and the staff are always wonderful!
