Chipotle Mexican Grill

Gave me the smallest scoop of rice, meat, and corn. Hardly a line, but was in such a rush I couldn't get a chance to ask for the correct amount. Only after the fact, she acknowledged that she barely gave me any rice and asked if i wanted more. Usually, I don't have any issues, but this was a first for me. I didn't believe it at first because normally I never had any issues, but my father weeks ago had ordered and had the same issue with the same worker.

We picked up a chicken burrito for my daughter yesterday afternoon and within 2 hours she was uncontrollably throwing up... She was sick all night- throwing up every 5 minutes... She now has been sick all day, in bed trying to fight off whatever food poisoning she got from this place. It has been a while since getting food from here and I'm sure my daughter (only one that liked this place) won't ever risk eating something from here again. I've never seen my daughter this sick in the 12 years of her life. I messaged my sisters about this and they both told me they no longer go there for the same reason! So buyers beware! I wouldn't risk it if I were you! We finally have some nice weather and we are spending it inside with our daughter.

Great meal. Portions were good. Food looked fresh and work area's that I could see were clean. I would come back again.

Rice quite hard n dry. Chicken over seasoned and dry. Skimpy on sour cream n cheese. Romaine was deep green bc it was frozen and limp.

Ordered food on the app Got charged had to go around twice was told it was busy to come back paid for three items only got two including attitude from employees was shown the receipt which only showed two items got home checked the app and three items were ordered were paid for but only got two items. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE CODE R6Y-JA7 WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE MISSING FOOD FROM TORRINGTON CHIPOTLE THERE WAS NOONE THERE WHEN WE GOT THERE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE
