Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is not an idsue. It's quite good. It's just this particular location is tragically not that clean. It's bugs flying around the inside at all times. The tables are always filled with crumbs. The bathroom makes you want to hold it in. And, to top it off, the employees always look drained. They need some help at this location!

Let's put it as honest as we can. This Chipotle is as good as the Walmart across the road. It's trash. If it says they close at 10 they closed and locked the doors by 9:30 and they will run out of most food by 9pm. If you ordered online late you won't get your food because the doors are lock. The inside is absolutely disgusting. They don't clean the floors through out the day they will walk on top trash in the kitchen. The food is cold, and taste old.

I ordered from this location tonight and my order was covered in sauces I never ordered. When I walked in a customer was having an argument with a rude cashier over getting her money back and I wish I would have done the same. I ordered online and my burrito bowl only has 5 ingredients… reading is fundamental, kids. I want my money back and will be disputing the charge with my bank like the other customer.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Food is fresh and tasty. Now for the not so good. I thought my dished out portions for my bowl were a bit on the small side when I saw it happen, but didn't think too much of it. Now that I've read multiple reviews stating the same thing, I'm seeing it's not me. This is a thing at this place apparently. I don't often go to Chipotle so I thought maybe policy had changed and I wasn't aware. Nah, probably just this location. Also, trash cans were full to the very top and overflowing. No one was doing anything about it. Tables stayed uncleaned for far too long. They weren't THAT busy. No excuses. A complete no no. For this reason, they get two stars. That should be happen.

Excellent service, prompt getting, friendly attitude by Miss Journey and skillful Burrito rolling by Cass. Excellent back kitchen staff that kept the buffet ingredients fully stocked! Unlike other locations that let it dwindle when close to closing time.
