Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is a train wreck. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper. Trash cans overflowing and drink containers left out on tables. Dirty tables not cleaned off. They ran out of lettuce and said it would be 20 minutes to get more. Waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they couldn’t make a quesadilla and it would have to be ordered online. Asked the to go employees how long the wait would be and there answer was “not any time soon.” Just a dirty train wreck of a place.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Trash cans over flowing. Not a clean table in the place. Plus the floors had food everywhere under them as if a child went around throwing food under them. The other trash cans had a floor mat rolled up on top of it. We waited 15 mins to order until there was chicken cooked. The 3-4 people working were moving at a snails pace. Filled water cups to find small dark particles floating in it. Chips were stale. No soap or hand sanitizer in the men’s bathroom.🤢

Waited an hour and a half to stop for food on a road trip so we could get the BOGO special, arrived here at 7:50 p.m. and they refused service. Look like everybody's packing up to go home for the night I guess they wanted to start Thanksgiving early. Said they were out of food but there was clearly food and all the containers maybe they're taking it home for their Thanksgiving meal I don't know.

Great environment and setting but horrible customer service and food portions for no where near your moneys worth. If you like chipotle don’t visit. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend use to eat here out of state all the time but this has to be the worst location I’ve visited by far given multiple chances I’ve tried to cut them the benefit of the doubt. I now have no expectations from the place and don’t plan on eating chipotle for awhile no more 😒😏

Worst Chipotle ive been to. There were zero staff there to cook food. Everything was out besides a few basic choices. They took 45min to serve 7 people and made you wait to check out till everyone else's order was made. The staff were completely over worked and again zero kitchen staff making meat or preparing the other food. Waste of money and time. The manager needs to hire more help. This was the smallest and most pathetic burrito ive had. Taco bell would be had a bigger burrito than this. My fault for sticking it out and wanting Chipotle I guess.
