Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hello, I recently placed an order for a veggie bowl, but when I checked the food, it was full of chicken. This is very disappointing because I specifically ordered a vegetarian meal. This mistake is concerning, and I was unable to eat the food I paid for. I request that you please review this issue and provide a refund or replacement for the incorrect order. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ordered the adult sized Quesadilla and received a kids meal that Is frankly ridiculous. The employees were rude and had no idea what they were doing. I’m beyond disappointed.. You need to retrain these employees

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I found two bugs in my food. The first was a small green bug that I only noticed because it fell off a piece of lettuce onto my pants while I was stirring my meal. That alone was alarming. After that, I began inspecting my food more closely and unfortunately found a second bug mixed in with the rest. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my meal. I expected much higher standards for cleanliness and food safety. Very disappointed and concerned about the overall food handling practices.

chipotle is good. i like the vinaigrette sauce. do the pause double method (ifykyk). the mango fresco sucks. i go to this place after church every sunday (don’t come and find me). my pastor paid for this meal
