Chipotle Mexican Grill

Beef barbacoa is quickly becoming a favorite protein choice for a burrito. What I Ordered: Burrito with beef barbacoa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, & white cilantro-lime rice. A strawberry/lemon Poppi drink. The burrito was delicious, with the proper proportions of protein to all other ingredients. It retained its warmth until it was delivered. Thank you to this Chipotle for a great meal!

Food was pretty good overall. I got a Carne Asada bowl with most toppings. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Bellal though. His great attitude, mood, and customer service made my day a little better. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if Bellal wasn’t working though.

The staff working here were so unprofessional - they were having conversations amongst themselves and dropping cuss words etc completely unaware of the long line of customers. The burritos i ordered were poorly assembled and leaked in the bags. I had a big order and when I asked one of the guys to label it, I was told ‘you can do it’ The food was fine I guess but the staff makes me avoid this location

They give the smallest meat portions that was it irritating. I asked why so little and the woman said she can give more for a charge. Like you gave half the spoon.. But the worst, found a nail in my food. That was the nail on the coffin. Worst chipotle in the area. Go to the on county line.

The reviews on this location are very accurate. When ordering in-store, everything goes smoothly. During COVID, we ordered from here at least 4-5 times, and every time our order was missing something. I’ll give you 1-2 chances, but the mistakes continue and it seems to be getting worse. Today’s order: half carnitas half barbacoa salad bowl with guacamole. No dressing provided. Very weak guac considering the up charge. My carnitas was literally one large chunk and was 80% straight up fat (see image). Barbacoa was also not shredded and big chunks. My wife got a veggie bowl - very weak guac on this too. Both bowls had fajitas, that were nowhere to be found. I don’t write reviews often, but chipotle has a limited menu that is always the same - There’s really no excuse for the consistent disa
