Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were disappointed in the freshness, or lack there of, of the guacamole. We bought the app special for a family meal that is not cheap, around $65, for the meal. The guacamole is oxidized and dark green,like old algae that has marinated in the swamp under the hot sun. The chicken, beans, and other toppings are good. It is just obvious they wanted to get rid of the old guac so they could put out the fresh; so why not give it to the people who just pick up the meal and drive off? They won’t care enough to drive back.🤔

Went on a Saturday at 3pm. Two ladies were keeping the line and drive thru going. I dont know how busy it gets but usually they have more than two employees at other establishments. I want to shoutout the two ladies because they were really rocking it. Bathrooms were clean which is a must for any restaurant. Saw the younger of the two walk the lobby and clean tables too.

I was religious appointed with this restaurant. Coming from Connecticut, I had eaten at this restaurant. Many times there and I loved it. In Waycross this restaurant food was awful, and I actually ended up throwing it out. I ordered a chicken burrito. Everything was cold. And the burrito was like, raw, it wasn't even cooked on the flat Iron, he just threw it on there for about two second, then took it off. I did mention to him that I thought it was supposed to be on there for longer but he said no.

The food is fine and fresh. The store was clean and the bathrooms were fine. The issue I have is the lying workers, we charge extra for extra cheese and then proceeds to charge $2.00 for extra cheese. After approaching and asking her about this, she states this is what they are supposed to do. Meanwhile if I were to order from Chipotle’s own app the don’t charge extra $2.00 for extra cheese. They are scammers and are overcharging people at this location. Terrible service. And for someone who has visited Chipotle’s in over 30+ states / numerous countries for work this is just pathetic to even lie.

Chipotle is our go to now! I always get a chicken bowl. Their brown rice is super delicious. They have a honey vingeratte dressing omg if you haven't tried go NOW & GET IT , THANK ME LATER :)
