Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely unacceptable. We’ve been loyal customers at this Chipotle, ordering once or twice a week and spending $70–$100 each visit. But this last order? Appalling. My wife bit into her burrito only to find hair in it — not once, but in the queso as well. That’s not just gross, it’s a clear sign of completely unsanitary food preparation. We couldn’t eat any of our food. Our family dinner was ruined. When we contacted customer service, it took multiple chats just to get through, and all they offered was a partial refund and a free drink. A free drink? After serving contaminated food? That’s insulting. Food safety should be the bare minimum. This experience makes me question what’s happening in that kitchen and whether anyone is enforcing hygiene standards at all. They are using the nasty Glued together meats. I highly recommend not eating any of their steak. Just stick with the chicken.

Their food was amazing! Although it was quite loud due to a group of kids but it wasn't really a big deal, also the atmosphere where okay. Just if you are looking for a quieter time go before schools get out but it was pretty good! Thank you!!! 😊

Oddly enough I came in today, 4:45 pm on a Thursday & got right to the front. Low key this chipotle gets you in & out. Burrito as always was fire. 10/10 , but we already knew that part.

Came here to say we order here 2-3 times a week for your “chipotlelane”and ALWAYS ask for extra cheese and lettuce. We do Not receive it. The extra button is there on the app and we expect as loyal guests to your chipotle that we receive it. Love the food and staff but please look at the tickets to give your guests what they order. Thank you :)
