Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very disappointed with quality and portions picked up on New Year’s Eve. No lids so everything was under foil and not visible to check in store. Pork appeared that a portion had been removed and was very oily and chunks of fat compared to usual. Added a portion of carne asada for $13 and it was a few small pieces that didn’t fill 1/2 way in the container. Chips bags were much smaller than usual for a large at this store. Opened the tomato salsa to chunks of uncut onion & tomato cores. Overall highly disappointing for the $84.40 we paid, we were excited to see the Build Your Own option, but this was just bad.

My food was cold, old, rice was dried up could break it up. Veggies weren’t cooked. And the lid was not on my sour cream, to top it off my sweet tea wasn’t sweet, was bitter.

This location has been going downhill for quite some time now but today was truly awful. Staff was rude, it smelled like mildew, staff did not change gloves between handling cash and touching food, there's always food all over the counter and mixed into other food. The food was disgusting, chips were stale, veggies were burnt, and the guacamole had large chunks of hard Avocado. To top it all off there was trash in my bowl. A produce sticker. I can only imagine what else was in there. I asked for my money back, received an eye roll and someone came from the back to refund my money. No apology.

So incredibly disappointed in this location. We paid a small fortune to have our dinner delivered and everything was skimped on. The salad was especially pathetic, the bowl wasn’t even filled a quarter of the way up and didn’t include the dressing which is the only reason I got the salad. The guacamole was basically a half mashed avocado. Zero care was put into our order. Such a rip off..

Not usually one to leave such a bad review but i feel like i have to. This location, compared to others, is pretty bad. I've ordered several times over the past year or so, and it's fallen pretty low: small portions, old food (brown guac in the pics), and delays when I picked up my order despite me being the only person there.
