Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just ordered the grilled chicken bowl. When ready to pay the big guy at the register was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He gave me my total I swiped my card and then he just walks away . I then looked at him as he starts talking to one of the employees that had just walked in and told him thank you he still says nothing but continues to chat with the employee .I got home with food the lettuce was wilted but the food was good so the was a plus

This is honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations in other areas and never had any issues, everything was always prepared exactly the way we wanted, but that’s not the case at this location. I’m actually afraid to order online from this store because almost every time something is wrong or missing from the order. Because of that, I started ordering inside, but even then they don’t really follow the requests. When I ask for extra of an item, it feels like I’m asking for a favor instead of paying for it, and sometimes they even put less than normal. On top of that, none of the staff seem friendly, everyone looks unhappy and uninterested. I used to work at Chipotle myself and I also genuinely love the brand, so it’s disappointing to see this lo

It’s been a long time since we’ve had good service at the Chipotle on Forest Hills Rd in Wilson, NC (2304 Forest Hills Rd W, Wilson, NC 27893), so we decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad we did. Blake (working around 7 PM on 11/19/2025) was absolutely amazing! He greeted everyone who walked in with genuine positivity and such a great attitude. His energy truly made our night and made the whole experience so much better for our family. Thank you, Blake! Employees like you make all the difference. 🙌🌯

I went this location today and the employee with multiple piercings on her mouth and face had a very nasty attitude. She was slamming the food items while I was trying to order them, after SHE told me they didnt have what I initially wanted. She was rolling her eyes and making faces at other customers.

Worst chipoltle I've ever been too. Plain rude gen z workers. Picked up an online order that cost $22 only to find lettuce and cheese in my bowl. And when I came back the female manager with the short multi colored haired treated me badly
