Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't let the negative reviews keep you from eating here. I have eaten at a countless amount of Chipotle's, and this one has to be one of the best. I feel a lot of the negative feedback is more out of rage due to the fact another Mexican food place was opening up. If you think the food is cold, have them make it fresh from the grill. I waited an extra 4 mins for fresh grilled veggies. The portions are massive. If you feel you need extra beans or whatever polity, ask them for more. Keep asking for more until you are satisfied with the portion. Some of the staff is new, don't be so hard on them. They are still learning. Same delicious flavor as always, a lot closer to home! However...I thought the reviews were lying to defend queso times but unfortunately the portion sizes are indeed ridiculously small. I usually have half a bag of chips left when I'm done but this time there was so few that I ate the whole bag. They were great and salty though. And in the burrito bowl they gave good amounts of meat and stuff...but they were weirdly very stingy on the rice. Everything felt half sized. But the people were nice and the order was ready when it was supposed to be.

Came by here this morning to see how the new chipotle is. My husband and I arrived soon after opening. I had a salad and he had a burrito bowl. We also shared guacamole and chips. We were hoping for some fresh food but our chips were stale. We assume they’re left over from yesterday. The guacamole was good. They were very light on their portions. My husband ordered several items on the bar but despite that his food was under halfway up the bowl. They then put on a massive amount of sour cream so when eating it that was all you could taste. Some of my chicken in my salad tasted raw and too soft. When ordering I had asked for 2 meats. She asked if I wanted half and half or double. I said half and half. My husband had a VA appointment so on the way home we stopped here. I go first, walk up to the glass shield there is a short white girl. I asked "can I get a burrito double wrapped please"? She said "are you going to be difficult today"? Mind you, I have never been here before. I was taken aback but responded "no, I've really only been to Chipotle like 3 times (this being my 3rd)". In fact my husband and I looked through the menu on our phones so we knew exactly what we wanted. She made me so uncomfortable that I really didn't get everything I wanted on it. Terrible customer service. Do better.
