Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good, great food at the middle of a trip up to Athens. Got 2 standard chicken bowls for the ride up. Chicken was still moist while having a charred seasoning to it. The employees gave a great portion of chicken, and also gave good portions on the toppings as well, without me having to ask them to put some Other than the food, the restaurant was clean, the Sauces were stocked, and utensils stocked as well. Will most likely return if I need another road trip lunch/dinner

I’m actually impressed that this chipotle was decent enough on their opening week. However the queso was not very hot and the chicken tasted burnt. I understand it’s there first week, and the amount of people that showed up probably made it difficult to keep up and despite all that the service was not bad. You could tell everyone was under pressure so hopefully this chipotle will get better overtime. Overall I was not disappointed, and happy I don’t have to make the drive anymore. I would suggest adding more parking spaces however.

Dinner was mostly sufficient. The portions of the ingredients in the Chicken Bowl were not what I'm used to at other locations. We were the only people in line and waited 2 minutes or so to be helped. They could use more hands in the lineup. We never saw anyone out in the dining room cleaning tables. The folks were nice.

We waited 24 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up an order that was already placed. When we finally got the food, the portion was extremely small, like a child sized serving. On top of that, it was supposed to be a veggie bowl and they had a piece of meat in it. Very disappointing experience overall.

The food was okay overall, but the chicken was way too salty. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but the seasoning really overpowered everything in the bowl. The service was decent and the place was not clean, but the flavor just missed the mark today. Hopefully next time the chicken is better balanced. Also there’s no shade in the entrance of the line to order and the sun hits hard around 3-4 pm so I would recommend some type of shade is uncomfortable for the clients and employees.
