Choo Choo Bar-B-Que - East Brainerd

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of okra, and unfortunately, the quality was really disappointing. The pulled pork was dry and lacked flavor, and the okra was soggy and overcooked. I was looking forward to a hearty, Southern-style meal, but this just didn’t deliver. Hoping the kitchen can step things up, because right now, it’s not worth the price.

**Edited review** my husband reached out on my behalf, I wasn’t in a position to call at the time, after the businesses response (which I have also posted an additional screen shot of) to further discuss. He requested a refund. The manager he spoke with (male) told him he wouldn’t refund the money, but he would remake my food for me. To be completely honest, I’m not interested in eating from here again after this incident nor do I have the time to drive back…. I feel as if a refund would have been sufficient since I had to throw away the food that I purchased today… The manager was upset at the fact that I left a bad review for them, as opposed to calling them about my issue. Overall, just extremely disappointed with the encounter I’ve had with them today. I love paying $13 for a potato,

The combo plate was absolutely delicious! It's the best bbq I've ever had in Chattanooga. I am a forever customer after this! Thank you, Choo Choo, for satisfying my appetite!

The moment they open that window to take your order, you’re wrapped in that smoky, slow-cooked aroma that makes you forget every diet you’ve ever been on. The pulled chicken and pork? Juicy, tender, and packed with flavor so deep it tastes like it’s been kissed by the smoke for hours (because it has). The staff treats you like family and their customer service is refreshing to finally see hospitality with no excuses. I hade the ribcombo with fries and beans and my wife had the BBQ salad... we enjoyed all too! My only complaint was the chopped chicken was a little dry. The ribs and crispy fries made up for that!
