Chopin Mon Ami Catering

I had the pleasure of tasting some of Todd's food at a wedding expo on the island and I was blown away. I honestly didn't look at any other vendors after that, because I just knew, I wanted Chopin's food at my wedding. Todd's menu to choose from was expansive! I picked two entrees that came with 3 sides, apple stuffed pork loin with a raspberry chipotle sauce (YUMMMM my guests are still talking about that) and a chicken marsala, which was my favorite! Todd was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. His team was flawless and executed my wedding dinner with 0 hiccups. Talk about a well oil machined ;) Thank you so much Todd for the most amazing meal!!

One of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Chopin Mon Ami for our catering. Todd and Judy were the best to work with and the food is incredible. Our guests gave so many compliments from appetizers to entrees to late night chicken tenders! They were very responsive throughout the planning process and made us feel like family. Also their staff were professional and hard working! We highly recommend them!!!

We are beyond pleased with the excellent service and delicious food that Todd and his team at Chopin Mon Ami provided at our wedding. Todd took the time to talk us through menu options and figure out what suited our taste the best. I had no doubts in choosing Chopin Mon Ami and they really went above and beyond! We had awesome fajitas with all the sides and an assortment of desserts. We were extremely impressed with the attentiveness their staff had for us, making sure we (the bride and groom) always had food, water, and drinks of our choice. Their bartenders were excellent too! Todd and Miss Judy are absolutely amazing. The food at my daughter‘s wedding was wonderful. I recommend them 10 out of 10 they were easy to work with and the food got rave reviews from all the guest.

Todd and Chopin Mon Ami did an amazing job for our wedding on the Tall ship Elissa. Made us feel good from the start. Handled everything with professionalism during the wedding. Helped to pack stuff after the wedding. Plenty of food, all delicious. Guests loved it!
