Got take out for the first time from here. I called twice to try and get a refund but no answer. I was appalled that the raw meat was packaged with the raw vegetables. I also got Vietnamese spring rolls just to be disappointed by seeing noodles with lettuce and shrimp. Not the spring rolls I’m used to with many other vegetables in them. I spent $20 here just to throw it away:( very dissatisfied customer. Also where are my chopsticks:(
This was my first time dining here. The Pho was served with a lot of meat that was tender and lean. However, I didn’t feel the customer service was good. It did not feel welcoming or supportive.
We just had two delightful bowls of pho at this location (sliced eye round steak and brisket & chicken noodle soup). It is your standard small eatery location as far as atmosphere is concerned but the food was really good. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely return when in Williamsburg again.
Heard good things about this place. I ordered pho for pickup. To my surprise when I open the container, the raw meat was with the veggies and cooked meat. My eggrolls were cooked in old oil and didn't taste great. The broth did taste good so I used it to make some noodle soup. I was about to eat the combined raw food with cooked food. I don't think I'll be trying this place again.
Overall disappointed with un authentic flavors and noodle soups. The meat in the pho (P3) was kind of grey, tough, and tasteless like it had been boiled until all the flavor was gone. The Bun Bo Hue (D4) used the wrong noodles and was basically tasteless. Would not return or recommend this place.
