Chowking

Very much disappointed with how one of the cashiers/servers treated us. Her face and demeanor was rude. There were 3 of us and we were trying to agree what to order and you can tell that she was annoyed. I mean, hey, there’s a lot of options in the menu. Can you just give us time what to order? My goodness! Yet, that’s not only I’m complaining because what’s so disappointing was we’ve waited over 30 mins before we finally got hold of our food. Even the doordash guy waited for long to get his order. He approached the cashier twice just to check if his order was ready so he could deliver it already. Other customers have been waiting as well. It was really a horrible experience and we have decided not to visit this fastfood outlet no more. This incident was just last Sunday 1/25/26👎👎👎👎👎👎

the foods were delicious! I love the chow fan with siomai and for the drink I like the black jelly. And of course the siopao asado it’s so tasty with or without the sauce. And the servers/cashiers they’re so friendly, and so approachable.

Good if you want an easy quick inexpensive chinese take-out style food. It's not a luxury place, but nothing is really wrong or bad with Chowking. Sometimes, there are a lot of people, we have to wait longer. The price is good, and the food is easy to eat. I stop here a few times if I have something to do around here.

I ordered the chicken lauriat and I loved how crispy and tasty it was. As for the dessert I tried the Ube Taho and surprisingly it blended so well, like it balances out the taste. it taste so yummy. And of course the Asado siopao it’s just so delicious.

Well,what can say? I had a short trip in US and i was happy to eat at one of my favorite fast food restaurants(chowking).Food was great i ordered halo halo and siopao,breakfast meal,and for me is one of the best😋😋 I can eat that every week🤭🤭😅 I just don’t understand other people complaining about how long it takes for their order to arrive. There is a saying that goes,first come first serve,it just need a little patience 🤭😅(just sharing this since i worked before in a restaurant). About the crew, its amazing to see how they can still able to give their best smiles in their exhausted shift,its lighten the energy(those kind of people is worth to keep)I like the girl name Paula, she's funny😅 and very welcoming Over all,was a great experience,will come back again for sure❤️❤️thank u chowking
