Chrissy Beanz Bakery & Café - Sackets Harbor

Extremely impressed with this bakery/coffee/breakfast & sandwich place!! It feels whimsical and the selection is huge. They have plentiful GF options such as bagels, cake pops, scones, and many more. The beverage selection is also huge from coffee, smoothies, chai, and more. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good breakfast out and Chrissy hit it on the mark! We got the North Country (bacon, egg, green apple, maple syrup, and white cheddar) and it was delightful! A magical meal, drink, or treat for anyone who passes :)

Best bakery/coffee experience in quite a while. I was in Sackets Sunday for work. We had lunch down the street but left that evening to drive to Kingston, ON. I left Ki get on early this morning to come back to this bakery. I was not disappointed! First Sackets is beautiful. I ended up with 3 bakery items. The cinnamon twist, the almond croissant and finally the oatmeal chocolate chip scone. All were excellent! The croissant was light and flakey had a light tasty filling. The scone was last…my will power was weak and I opted for a third item. The scone was amazing. It had a firm outside layer and a soft center…maybe not the best description but perfect scone texture and best I’ve had in years. Flavors were amazing too. The staff were all delightful people. Great chocolate flavor in the mocha. Not a strong coffee flavor. Unsure if the extra shots were added.

Fast alternative to Tin Pan across the street. Excellent breakfast sandwich 6.50, I had the ham cheese special that features home made bread. (As does the breakfast sandwich) CB has pastry’s and all the usual coffee variants.

Chrissy Beanz has one of the best cups of coffee in the country, paired with truly friendly service. If you are looking for great company and great coffee, this spot is highly recommended. They also offer a wonderful assortment of baked goods and keep their walkway spotless on snowy days. This is a gem of a place that deserves a visit, whether you are local or traveling from far away for a great coffee experience.
