Hidden gem of a restaurant. Really good, fresh food. Great service! It was nice to eat somewhere a chef took pride in not just presentation. Fresh ingredients, well presented and flavorful. Having been in Providence for a few weeks, this was the best breakfast and dare I say meal I have had. 3rd visit and I swear this is the best place for a great breakfast. This continues to be the breakfast place of choice. I can further recommend the protein omelette. Packed with steak and cheese. They do daily specials too. My favorite is the sampler. Great value and really good food.
Christopher's on the Hill proves the greatest food and service. I had the waffles with strawberries, blue berries and banana. (Red White and Blue) with ice cream topped with whip cream. Pure maple syrup and chocolate sauce. Truly the best Belgium waffle I have ever eaten. The rest of the family were also pleased with the fruit covered French toast. Pancakes bacon and eggs. The price was more than fare. If I didn't live a hundred miles away from this place , it would be a place I would visit often. If you are in Providence Rhode Island
Wow! What an amazing cozy breakfast spot. The staff was super friendly and it was so cute inside. The protein omelette was so good and we shared blueberry chocolate chip pancakes (absolutely amazing)! I’ll be back again for sure.
Simple, casual, and comforting. And the prices are very reasonable (downright low by today’s post-inflation standard). Great preparation of familiar breakfast favorites (nothing more exotic or “elevated” than a benedict with corned beef. That’s the key. Simple, but delicious. You don’t always appreciate how hard it really is to poach an egg or fry it over-easy - walking that tightrope between deliciously runny and undercooked). But when it’s just right… damn. Same thing with the home fries. Just the right crispy surface - not crunchy, but crispy. Service is family-warm, and the place is surprisingly spacious, but still cozy. Definitely recommend.
Good breakfast sandwich with crispy potatoes. Bacon was nice - a little chewy and crispy. We also enjoyed the French toast. Service was good and staff was friendly on a Saturday morning. Small parking lot behind the building. Clean with good service. Will return!
