Chu Shang Hotpot

Small dinner party of three. First time for me. It was an interesting and tasty experience. Staff is very pleasant. The service is quick You order all your ingredients on a tablet with a maximum of two servings of seafood per person. You have the option of a hot broth cooker or large grill plate or both. We did both. $44 per person and everything is included minus the tip. There is a buffet table of fried shrimp, fried vegetable rolls, french fries and some other Asian items. There are two large tables of spices, freshly chopped vegetables, sauces, etc to be used in your dishes mainly for the broths. There are a handful of broth choices that can be ordered. We each picked a different one. We ordered various cuts of pork, beef and six different seafood options. Everything was fresh and you

Another Hot Pot & BBQ spot. This time with a robot as a food runner. It's a mix of a Hot Pot place with Umi buffet with lots of the same trees and a fridge full of drinks. There is a small amount of hot food aside from what you cook. There is a better selection of seafood but with rules like you can only pick the lobster once and 2 orders of any of the "special" seafood items by each person, with an order of the "Big Headed Shirmp" that only comes with just ONE SHIRMP. There is also a SPECIAL running where they'll give you 2 Lobster cooked with ginger and scallon when you have 4 or more to your party, which should mean you can get 1 if you are a party of 2 but wasn't the case. So unfortunately, we didn't qualified for. Also there weren't any menus to see the prices for Hot Pot, Hot Pot +

Came here with a friend and enjoyed my lunch. There is a nice variety of meats and veggies to choose from for the hot pot or BBQ. Sauce bar is ample but the dessert and side bar is a bit lacking. They give you nice portions of whatever you order to the table. The restaurant is large and nicely decorated and staff is attentive. Would definitely go back.

Worst experience! For $45 you can go to other places for better food - Hotpot food options are very limited as most hot items are marked as sold out (abalone, lobster, razor clams,..) and they have only 1 type of beef, lamb and chicken. - My party has 7 people but we didn’t get any free lobster as advertised, even though I saw other tables with less people and still got the lobster? - The bbq meat and seafood are not fresh and are marinated very salty and strong flavor that you don’t even taste the meat or seafood. - The picture here is how they give us veggie to eat with the bbq like how can you eat bbq with such bad veggie? The veggie that they use to decorate the meat dish is even more fresh than this one. - Call staffs multiple times to change the grill but nobody come.

This place was great! I will definitely be back. Could have used a few more food selections but this still was a great experience. I'll be back again for sure.
