ChuanUp BBQ(Eugene)

We had a wonderful lunch today at ChuanDe Chinese BBQ. The Supreme Meal was fluffy tasty White Rice with Peas, Carrots, Scrambled Egg pieces, and beautifully cooked Broccoli. Tasty Shrimp, Chicken, and delicious Beef was on top of the rice. The BBQ Chicken Skewers were cooked to order and served with a side of Hoisin Sauce. The food was outstanding and the price for a dozen skewers was very affordable. I'll definitely be back to try the Lamb Skewers and explore the rest of the menu.

Amazing! We asked if he could not use the peanut oil because I am allergic to peanuts. The skewers, were perfectly cooked, they tasted amazing, and their rice was good too. Probably one of my favorite food trucks ever. I totally recommend this!

Such great flavors and love how I can try quite a variety! This photo plus a veggie side all for $30 (9 different skewer varieties) is an absolute steal. In an ideal world, a brewery or wine bar needs this cart outside their business, and it would be perfection 👌

Conveniently located food truck with tasty snacks! The skewers were freshly prepared and were exceptionally seasoned! We tried the lambs, sausages, and fish balls/cubes. The lamb was our favorite but everything else was also super delicious. The owner was super friendly and helpful, we already can’t go back. If you’re in the chambers and 7th area, do yourself a favor and stop here. It’s delicious!

Great taste with fair price. I love their rice combo and beef burrito. Would definitely come back.
