Chubby Wings

This place is arguably the largest waste of money in the neighborhood. Food is way overcharged for what you get compared to literally every other food truck within a 15 feet distance. Not to mention that it takes the guy at least 20 minutes to make a hotdog or fries…how?? Got wings and a hotdog and only after I swiped my card did I realize he was charging me $25!? This is the one business by the piers that could disappear and everyone would be better off.

Want to RUIN your entire day? Order the burnt wings and soapy tasting fries for $20. But use your credit card so you can report fraud and hopefully get your money back. I’ve never reviewed restaurants before, because I’d hate to be a reason a business closes. But I think this review will do more good than harm. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You’re by the piers, don’t ruin the vibe.

The wings arrived overcooked, and the fries were lackluster in flavor. What's most disheartening is that I paid $32 for a meal that fell short in quality. I'm thoroughly disappointed. It appears they have little regard for the quality of their food. Additionally, the positive reviews here come across as disingenuous and untruthful.

These guys are great! The best words I can use to describe this place and the guys working there are kind, hospitable, and delicious. I love spicy foods and the cajun flavor wings definitely hit the spot. HOT and amazing! They had just enough sauce and there was good amounts of meat and it just fell off the bone. Well done! These guys were happy to chat about the area and just enjoy getting to know their customers. Nicest guys in the park, with some awesome food to back them up. Come check them out!

Super slow. Too oily. Took too much time to order and get the food. It took nearly 40 minutes for the complete order and there were only 3 orders in front of me. The alam cart across was cheaper and much quicker. Portions are ok.
