Very clean and friendly, and very affordable if you take advantage of their online coupons. Biggest complaint is the wait time for exchanging points for prizes. They only ever have one employee running that station, so you can wait for 30 minutes just for your kid to get a plastic frog. Otherwise, a great experience. Love the new play zone addition.

We got the Gold monthly membership for our grandson and it's awesome and worth every penny. He loves going to play the games and so do I. The pizza is actually really good to. The staff are all very helpful and so nice.

My wife and I were invited to a child's party. I must say we had a great time and it brought back a lot of memories from when we took our kids there. Everything is electronic these days with the games. I do miss the older style where the games push out tickets. Overall it was still a great experience and all the kids had a great time.

Please get better employees who dont look so miserable. One worker was supposed to be doing the dance with chuckie and she looked miserable wasn't smiling. Then like an hour later we were trying to cash in for prizes and this same employee was stuffing her face with hot cheetos walking around the establishment. Please do better as a business
