Chuck E. Cheese

It’s my and my baby’s first Chuck E. Cheese experience and it was surprisingly a good one. The atmosphere here is like a kids heaven, even my 14 month toddler enjoyed. I’m happy to see he is so excited to explore the things here. The foods are pretty delicious and better than I expected. The pizza is very cheesy and flavorful. The fries are soft and plain but good for babies. The salad bar is fresh. I think we will go to Chuck E. Cheese more often, because our baby likes here!

Went as soon as they opened and the gentleman Chris was extremely helpful and very patient with every single guest. He was very friendly & welcoming. Didn’t get the name of over staff but everyone there 02/08 morning. Place was very clean and staff very prepared. Highly recommend this specific location. :)

The whole separate charge for the slide and trampoline area really sucks. It feels like a bait and trap. Plus I felt super deceived by their online pricing. Ended up spending 2x more than I expected because Friday afternoon isn't considered a weekday!... $32 bucks for 2 toddlers to play in what McDonald's offers for free 🙄 On top of the $20 minimum for "tokens" smh We won't be going back! 👎

I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and the primary issue was the extremely poor performance of our assigned party host, “Sam.” She was not present at the start of the party and arrived late, about 15 minutes in. Throughout the event, she was largely unavailable and difficult to locate when needed. She brought the pizza out 20 minutes earlier than requested, and the order was incorrect (we received 3 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 1 supreme instead of the confirmed 2 cheese, 2 pepperoni, 1 supreme). When notified, no effort was made to correct the mistake. When I asked for the birthday cake to be brought out after the character dance, Sam instead delivered ice cream and set an entire tray directly in front of 13 children under age 7 without a parent present. I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese in Goodyear and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, our assigned party assistant was not present. About 15 minutes into the party we were introduced to “Sam,” but she was largely unavailable throughout the event. Early on, we learned that beverages for adults were not included and were told this was a “new rule.” After spending over $400 on the party, we had to pay an additional $60 so parents could have drinks. The explanation given was curt and unhelpful. The pizza order was also incorrect and brought out 20 minutes early.
