I won’t be back to this place. It had the worst service I’ve ever witnessed as a consumer. I attended with my daughter for a birthday party. The party was good and the kids were having fun. When we were done, we went to cash in my daughter’s tickets. The young man working the counter could not have gave less of a damn if he tried. The family in front of us were having issues having to repeat themselves constantly and then he didn’t know what they were asking so he kept having to ask them some more what they wanted. When it was our turn I walked up to the counter and he stared at me and didn’t say a single word. I stared right back and held the card up. He still didn’t do anything. I said “can we cash this out?” He responded with an eye roll and an “aight.” Told me how many points we had, I
I love this place. Chucky needs to stay out a little longer. My granddaughter was looking for him and he had went back in. Nice place to take your kids and I do recommend a visit.
One of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese locations in the nation! It has a great salad bar, fun games, and staff is super friendly! It’s right down the street from the University of Alabama so this is a destination for all the fraternities and sororities to come for great catering to tailgate before the football games! Roll Tide!
This isn’t a terrible Chuck E. Cheese location but it’s not great either. I don’t remember the prices being this crazy when I was younger, and the pizza is a RIPOFF! The personal pizza is very tiny - don’t order it. I paid $12 for a personal pepperoni pizza, and I was STARVING afterwards. The size would only be suitable for a small child. I also never got a receipt… The building itself is pretty small but it has a decent amount of games. The restrooms weren’t super clean, but I would say they were dirty. My experience was pretty eh. My kid had fun but I’m not sure if we will be back.
Omg what happened to the old chuckie cheese . The time we got there it was weird chairs on the table between our birthday table. We were ask to pay $275 for nothing. Our party helper was missing in action had to keep looking for her asking what time they would bring the pizza….I dont know why cause it was cold then the girl was wearing a skullcap and sitting up at the grind table talking with some other employees ….i kept calling today to speak to someone no one answered and the voicemails full so I sent a email to corporate and if I don’t here from them soon I will contact someone higher.
