Church's Texas Chicken

Out for an outing with my girlfriends. Walked into this establishment. The staff was busy filling mostly drive-thru orders. The staff was polite and helpful in serving us. The food was fresh and hot. Service was provided with a smile.

The manager or owner or what ever his position is is so rude he is the Mexican or Latino looking man he has no good customer service tries to get smart with the customer but of course u got back smart with his unprofessional tail right back I gave him the business right back don’t come for me if I didn’t send for u I used to go there often since I’m not happy with the manager or the service I take my money somewhere else this is not the only church’s location and only place that sells chicken I won’t spend my hard earned money to a place that has no customer service or value your customer as long as he’s there I will never spend my money also my family and coworkers they no longer eat there as well, suggestion go back to school or practice Great Customer Service, Value your Customers, Chan

This location has the best food. The chicken is always hot and fresh and crispy and the sides are fresh too and on top of it they have the nicest crew always working. I don’t care if I ever have to wait on my chicken its always good baby.

The manager who appeared to be either Mexican or Latino cursed me out and told me I was lying after I told him he forgot to put one piece of chicken in my box. He went on to say the F word to me as well. UI come to this church’s often and have never been treated as such. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was presented to me. Very unacceptable and something needs to be done. He needs to be held accountable and appreciate his customers because without us there would not be any business. You would think he would lead by example by him being the manager but nope not the case. Upon arriving home I also noticed the peach cobbler was merely just a biscuit covered with peach juice and the Mac and cheese was burnt. Very unpleasant experience and I definitely want to see this iss

I have visited this Douglasville location many times. The last 3 occasions have been spot on and worth the drive. Spicy was flavorful and juicey, and the regular flavor was crunchy and fresh. 5 star experience.
