Church's Texas Chicken

We were extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Church’s Chicken in Oklahoma. When we found the location, we were genuinely excited. I have been eating Church’s Chicken for over 30 years, and we were looking forward to that same great, familiar flavor. Instead, the chicken was served cold and lacked seasoning. It did not have the bold, signature taste that sets Church’s apart. The flavor was bland and underwhelming, and it did not reflect the quality we have known for decades. This visit was a major letdown. Based on this experience, we do not recommend going there.

Just went again 2/20 thought I'd give another chance. Ordered box w 3 tenders fries and poppers. I received 3 pieces of chicken that should have been 1, popper shells, no fries. Pretty bad same women in there yammering about asked for next Tues off 24th. I'd say don't go you don't get what you pay for. If she steals from customers what is she doing to the business. I went to this restaurant on Sunday early afternoon I had placed the order online. I had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby. The woman working doest know the menu or what's going on around her constantly complaining about coworkers not showing up. When I arrived the particular chicken I ordered was in the frier she said for 3 minutes. The man breading the chicken came out 10 15 minutes after I arrived to put the newly breaded chick

Stopped by the drive-thru around dinner time to grab some mashed potatoes after getting dental work done. It took a few minutes for my order to come out, but the mashed potatoes were creamy, hot, and perfectly made, definitely comfort food done right. The price was fair and offered good value for the money. Staff was polite and the area looked clean. Overall, a pleasant visit with satisfying food, just a little slow during the dinner rush.

I don't know if they change the cook but the chicken was tasting different. The macaroni did not taste like cheese macaroni was gooey and plain... The biscuits and fries were very good but everything else was just bland...😑 I don't know if you all made changes ! But before your food was fantastic! And now it's just tasting different...

Service is hit and miss. It’s a gamble each time if they will have enough food to fill your order, otherwise your wait is so long you might as well order appetizers from an another restaurant while you wait. BUT when they do it all right; it’s the best fried chicken in Lawton. May the odds be ever be in your favor!
