Church's Texas Chicken

Went to this place on Saturday night and they didn't have any legs 25 minute wait no biscuits another fifteen minute late the employees was rude didn't even acknowledge . One cook was standing back there and showing his stomach and didn't wash his hands . I can honestly say won't be going back there . Think they need to train employees to greet their guess and stay up on the cooking . And I love church's chicken but not this one 😡

Check your order before leaving! Right when you walk in there is a fan on the door entrance that sounds like its falling apart it's pretty loud and everytime some opens the door it starts running. The next thing you see are employees that look like they rather be anywhere else than there. Slow service, not friendly at all and the cherry on top they got my order wrong and it was small order which that says a lot. Blows my mind this place is still in business once I started seeing the reviews on this place. Owners should be embarrassed or even maybe corporate should still have a little pride but I guess if it's making money why fix the issues right.?

The service was extremely slow even though the store was not busy, so much so that the only other customer in the store with me did not get their food because they were going to be late for work. The food was cold when given and they made zero effort to correct it. The gravy was essentially brown water with no flavor. I am beyond disappointed and will never go here again

First time going to a Church’s. Food is nothing to rave about. KFC or chick fil A is way better. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Chicken is barely crispy. They also charge for water- and by that I mean they charge for the same price as a pop. No condiments or napkins are out either. Everything is behind the counter.

Just left there My fries was sooo nasty. It taste like they never change the grease or they cook the fries with the chicken or other food item The biscuit wasn’t all the way cook. You could taste the dough when you chew it The tenders was ok but not freshly cooked This was a complete disappointment due to me not eating here often Never will I go back to this location
