Church's Texas Chicken

This is the second time employees leave out the biscuits, it's frustrating because you pay for items you don't receive. The location in La Joya is just as bad. Not to mention being stuck in the middle with cars in front and back and the line not moving for over 20 minutes. I have anxiety and I was freaking out. Not sure why they wouldn't have the cars move to the parking if they needed to wait for their order. It sucks making EVERYONE IN LINE WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. I love church's especially the biscuits, but this is ridiculous 😒 Then I open the gravy and it was half empty. Since I called them on the phone to ask to get out of the line, im sure that was done on purpose. Chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Hopefully i don't get food poisoning 🤢😡

Church's chicken, especially this location is the best one. Friendly and efficient. If something goes wrong they always make it right asap. Awesome management and employees!

On February 19, I ordered a 16pc Family Deal and 2 orders of the 8 pc shrimp 🍤 and 8 jalapeños bombers ..Ive paid over 90 dollars on this meal and the food quality was so terrible especially on my 2 orders of shrimp they were cold and the jalapeños bombers ..on the 16 oc deal I wanted double mash and double macaroni and they only gave me 1 cold slaw and I mash ...Seem like nowadays restaurants are forgetting the quality of food service and they only concentrating on making a sale....so disappointed on this church's restaurant...Bad service and bad food quality 👎👎👎

Felt like eating some fried chicken and some okra . I ordered a two piece special leg and thigh biscuit and jalapeno for 3.99 and small order of okra and 4 bombers.

The service was quick, and the food that i received was hot and tasted okay.
