Church's Texas Chicken

I’ve been multiple times recently and I’ve received fresh hot foot during the day around lunch time. Parking is limited and it’s busy usually so the chicken definitely being sold and not just sitting in a heat lamp! I will give 5 stars if it remains consistent! If I never update then I either forgot to update or never a problem. Good location and it’s a bit cheaper than the one in bridge city when using the app for whatever reason

Allegedly they're open till 11, at least in drive thru. I drove up right before 10:15 and saw there were three employees leaning against the counter on their phones giggling. Pulled up to the speaker and nothing. Waited a few minutes and still nothing. There was no customer inside, it looked empty, just the three girls that were by the counter. I pulled around and they had moved. Just drove away. Honestly, y'all should just get different personnel. A couple weeks ago I tried going after work, about the same time around 10:15. They're excuse: they were out of chicken and by the time they start cooking it would be after they closed.

Rudeness is all I received, plus a 40 min wait time. From employee to manager, improper food handling. Cellphone use while in kitchen, no gloves, lack of kindness and communication. Either close down business or simply replace staff.

I love their food there but HORRIBLE customer service. I’m completely upset at how both times I’ve ordered delivery from them BOTH times they don’t put all the sides I ordered or biscuits! & they STILL have the audacity to charge full price for everything!

Went during a very busy time of after the middle school gets out (4pm) so the workers were rushed and curt. But the chicken was nice a salt and even thought the order intercom was kinda hard to hear for the workers which cause a misheard order of 10pc instead of the 2pc I wanted the workers handled the misunderstanding quickly and promptly. Would go again
