Chuzos Place Kendall

I absolutely love the chuzo dezgranado from here. I have had both chicken and beef, but I personally prefer the chicken. The chicken seasoning never disappoints! My son always orders the hot dogs which he loves. If you are craving Colombian street food go here.

This place used to be good, but now the service is terrible. On our last two visits, we ended up leaving without food. About a month ago, we were told their microwave wasn’t working, so they couldn’t reheat the “bollo” for the “desgranado.” Today, they didn’t have chicken. What’s worse is their complete unwillingness to accommodate guests. When something isn’t available, they don’t make the slightest effort to offer alternatives and simply let customers walk out.

This placed used to be so good. The service was great and the food was amazing. I’m not sure if maybe they changed owners or what happened, but during my last visit I left without my food. We waited for our order for over 45 minutes. We asked how much longer it would be and I was told they still had a few orders ahead of mine. We were also told they had ran out of meat, which was what we had ordered. We asked for a refund since we couldn’t wait any longer (keep in mind this is supposed to be a fast food place) and they told us we needed to wait for the owner, so we just waited for another 15 minutes. The owner was RUDE and CONDESCENDING, and not once did he apologize or offer a resolution. He even told me I could go ahead and write a bad review if I wanted to, so here I am. 10/10 DO NOT RE

The food was gastronomical!! Everything on the menu is guaranteed to be fresh and tasty. There is a large variety of menu items to choose from. Service is spectacular and friendly. Highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back to try out other menu items!
