Cibelli's NY Pizza Redmond

This place is stealing customers’ money. $47 for a Margherita pizza? The most basic pizza in the world; tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, and you’re charging $47? A 24" Hawaiian is 10$ less. The employees were nice, and this isn’t directed at them, but this needed to be said. This price is outrageous. I understand inflation is high, but can we at least afford a reasonably priced pizza for the weekend, or are we expected to start making our own? Please pass this along to management.

I have been getting pizza from here since 2016 when I moved to Redmond and it was my favorite hands down. Everything was correct and the pizza was worth the price. However the last two times I’ve ordered- and spent over $50– the pizza was burnt on the bottom, definitely left in the oven too long and it was missing one of the toppings I ordered. It also seemed like it was missing something as it was more bland than usual- like it needed more salt. I was really disappointed- this is my favorite pizza… but not anymore. I will give them one more shot though. I will definitely be picking up from now on since I have been doing delivery so I can check my pizza before I take it home…

Average pizza, poor service and minimum atmosphere. I asked them what slices they have ready. He said these three on the menu. I then waited 15 minutes before I had to run catch my flight. No pizza. When someone asks for ready slices they are typically in a rush.

We order from here and eat here all the time. Usually everything goes just fine. But today I called and was put on hold by a girl for over 3 minutes, I could her her talking to a coworker. She forgot about me. I called back 2 more times to finally get my order in, it was 330. I ordered for my pizza to be ready at 630. I walk in at 630 and my pizza wasn't ready. The girl had more clue what she was doing. Then another man came in and his order was also not made. We were quite upset. Then when are order was finally ready, they didn't even know we also wanted a salad. These kids think it's a party and not a job! Get your staff in order!

Ordered pizza for delivery. Not good at all. Not much flavor, skimpy toppings and it was burned.
