About Ciconte's - Marlton
At Ciconte’s, nothing makes us happier than bringing people together over the warmth and flavor of homemade Italian favorites -- it’s why we’ve been doing it since 1989! We’re well known for our hand-tossed pies, but we’re a lot more than just pizza.... More

Finally got to experience good pizza, I was told when I got to New Jersey even “ ok “ pizza from Jersey is better than anything we have at home. Seems to be very accurate. The pizza was great! Crispy thin crust, great sauce, gooey cheese and great pepperoni. Atmosphere was really cool for an old time pizza shop, great music playing. Lots of options for pizza per slice or an entire pie.
Ciconte's is so much more than a pizza joint, although I did start out with a fabulous slice of Venician (4 cheese) pizza. I then enjoyed a delicious and generously large bowl of chicken tortellini soup, and finished up with a remarkable entrée of eggplant parmagiano with a side of penne (which I couldn't finish, and instead took home in a "doggie bag"). Don't be put off by the strip mall location and the middle class ambiance: the food is wonderful, and in Center City Philadelphia, or in Manhattan, you could easily expect to pay $45 up to $70 for what cost me less than $25. Finally: very comfortable dining section, 100% clean, and very classy service!
The homemade fried mozzarella is delicious! Just sinful, especially dipped in their marinara! Their pizza is also great. Looking forward to trying those jalapeño poppers next time! Awesome food here!
Had a surprisingly very good greek salad with grilled chicken. Pizza is better than mid but not top tier. Could depend on what you like though give it a try. They run good specials.
The staff are super friendly and the food is a good value. I'm a Jersy Shore transplant so my pizza standards are a little different than what seems to be popular out here. Pizza has a nice thin crust but the sauce and cheese were a bit bland for my taste, reminded me a bit of Elio's. My rating is based solely on the pizza, but I would like to try some of their other offerings.
