Cider Mill & Fryer Tuck Chicken

Although the gentleman who served us was INCREDIBLY sweet, we just didn’t love the food. Chicken had a good crisp but had no flavour. Spuds were soggy and tasteless. We were offered no sauces. Floor inside is covered in grease. Total hazard situation. Small free parking lot.

A beacon to our community. After a house fire displaced my partner and I, a neighbor reached out to ask if Cider Mill & Fryer Tuck Chicken could help at all. The owner told us to come by for some food and the patrons even stepped in to crowd gather some needed items and cooking stuff. The caring and warmth of this place will always live within my partner and I and we will be back to say hi from time to time and enjoy a delicious meal! Thank you again for all your help BTW: The food is amazing! Best coating on the chicken and fries that I ever had! The portions are wonderful and staff are on par to its greatness. Its really wonderful to see this place still in our community.

I’m not a regular here but my coworker that I drive home basically pays me with a good hot meal on the way home. I love the wedges and the chicken fingers. I’m sure all the staff are great but the times I have been in, the bartender was exceptional. I’m not sure if it Ally or Alli but the service is top notch . The regulars always seem friendly, the place looks smaller on the outside but has a massive fire pit in the outdoor area. Multiple pool tables and can say I will be back. My coworker tricked me and now knows the he will get a ride home from me as long as he trading rides for food🤣

I'm 25 and have had my same ID since I was 18, not once have I ever had my ID turned away at a bar or a store. I came here wanting a simple chicken dinner and a drink after a long and stressful week at work, instead I got told my ID "looked weird" then asked if I work for the OLCC and was told to leave. I guess once my ID expires and I'm issued a new one I'll come back and give this place another shot and change my review. I respect them wanting to be safe and not get in trouble, but train your staff better on ID checks.
