Cinco de Mayo Mexican Cuisine

Omg Karen has to be the best server ive ever had in all my years. She was courteous and timely and overall just pleasant and kind. Me and my children decided to go out to eat. Im not usually one to go out but we decided to come here and it was the best decision ive ever made when it comes to food. The food portions are huge but great to bring leftovers home. It was beyond delicious and flavorful. We had the birria tacos the shrimp tacos the loaded nachos the burritos and those were so big I think I have pictures. Karen showed us the menu and gave us some ideas. Especially with my picky daughter lol. Ended up being a wonderful time and the music bought memories. Omg and I don't want to forget the salsa and guacamole. Fresh and not like any other ive ever tried. Highly recommend this place.

As far as Mexican food goes, it's pretty good. Good portion size and great tasting food. I ordered the fajita enchilada and my wife got the fajita chicken salad. We also ordered queso as an appetizer. The place is located in Publix plaza and is pretty unassuming from the outside. Once inside, has a great Mexican restaurant theme. A really nice bar area too. If you like it spicy, make sure you order the house hot sauce!

My family and I will never step foot in Cinco De Mayo in Jensen again. The service was poor, the food was unacceptable and the atmosphere was not pleasant. When the food arrived at the table the woman delivering the food was rude, we asked three staff members for hot sauce and sadly my husband finished his meal before it arrived. The waitress never came back to refill drinks or check on our meal. The worst skinny margarita I have ever had and was not even able to finish it.

If I could if left a 0 I absolutely would have. My family has been going to this restaurant for at least 11 years, from when it was Pueblo Viejo,then Cinco. The food has progressively gone down hill. Tonight they subbed some kind of mystery meat for both my husband and my skirt steak. When I called the manager, she repeatedly called me "sweetie" and was incredibly condescending and dismissve. Such a shame bc it used to be amazing! Won't ever be going back.

We had an excellent experience tonight. The food was delicious and Lola provided fantastic service. She was attentive without rushing us, very friendly, and made our night perfect. We will definitely come back!
